JOIN US IN IRELAND FOR THIS SPECIAL EVENT
Unlike our other all-inclusive intensives, due to the demanding nature of one-arm training we have opted for a slightly leaner, more focused – and thus lower cost event – at Motion Chapel in Ireland. Motion Chapel has limited lodging options, so we have separated out the lodging costs allowing for you to book separate nearby hotels or apartments if you so choose.
As an advanced training event with limited spots, we are requiring all participants to apply first. Check below for the minimum entry requirements.

Venture into one-arm handbalancing
This focused handbalancing and flexibility training week in Ireland is based on the Push Harder and One-Arm Shapes online programs by Handstand Factory. Prior experience with one or more of these training programs is beneficial, but not a must.
In line with the Push Harder programs level, the focus will be on advanced practitioners in their handbalance training. The week will be centred around training for, achieving, or progressing your straddle one-arm handstand. If you have a solid straddle one-arm, there will be time and space to work on progressing to other one-arm forms, and switching smoothly between them. Additionally, we will work on achieving or refining your Stalder press skills, as maybe even the flag and figa shapes. Along with the handbalance training, we will be spending a lot of time on learning about flexibility to aid you in your handbalancing practice.
If you would like to join us for this special event, we would ask you to apply as soon as possible as numbers are super limited! All details about the training can be found below, along with minimum requirements and details on how to apply.

Logistics & Schedule
For the first time we will host an in-person training in the Handstand Factory HQ in Ireland: Motion Chapel.
Unlike past all-inclusive intensives, we have parsed out food and lodging costs to provide more flexibility in accommodations and dietary choices.
For a separate charge of €80/night, dorm beds are available in the Motion Chapel. Breakfast will also be included for those who book the dorm. Otherwise, you are welcome to book nearby hotels or Airbnbs near the Motion Chapel. If you are booking a dorm room there is an option to stay the night of August 2nd, or begin your stay on August 3rd.
Training will occur on August 3-7th, with the evening of August 2nd being an arrival day for Motion Chapel guests, and the morning of the 8th being the departure day for overnight guests.
We will provide lunch for attendees on the training days, but breakfast and dinners will be on your own unless you book the dorm. In that case you will still be responsible for your own dinners, but you can make use of the Motion Chapel kitchen to store and cook your meals.
For those not staying at the venue, we highly recommend renting a car to get to-and-from the venue. If you would like to coordinate with other attendees to split this cost, we will connect you to other attendees wishing to do so after you book.
If you have any other logistics questions, please email us at events@handstandfactory.com
