One-Arm Intensive Application

Thank you for your interest in joining us in Ireland for the One-Arm Intensive.  Please fill out this form below so we can assess whether this intensive will be a good fit for you.

For many of the fields below, you can attach either a link to a Google Drive video, Google Photos link, YouTube video, Instagram post, or other online link.  Basically, we just need a quick video of you performing the skills we ask for.  Phone upload quality is fine.

If you are having trouble with uploading videos, you can email us at info@handstandfactory.com and we can help you get videos to us.

Minimal Prerequisites

  • CONSISTENT 60+ SECOND HANDSTAND
    Reliably be able to find long holds from many different entries

  • TUCK JUMP, STRADDLE JUMP, & CARTWHEEL TO HANDSTAND

  • TWO-ARM SHAPES AND TRANSITIONS
    Comfort with all different shapes on two arms (tuck, straddle, etc) and moving between them

  • STRADDLE HANDSTAND SIDE BENDS
    Be able to bend side to side while on two arms comfortably and with control.
